I provide an initial free 10-minute consultation, during which you can inquire about me and my approach to counseling to determine if we may be a good fit, before scheduling an appointment.
Cancellation Policy
I have a strict cancellation policy and require a minimum of 48-hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations without 48-hours notice will result in your responsibility for my full fee.

Fees
If you plan to use insurance, I will help you understand what is covered by your insurance plan, and what your payment responsibility will be.
GST is added to these fees. Sliding fee scale available upon request.
Individual Counselling:
$140 for a 50-minute session
Couples Counselling:
$250 for the first 90-minute session
$170 for a 50-minute session
Forms of Payment:
I accept eTransfer, cash and cheques only, before the appointment begins.
